Returns/Refund Policy

For your shopping convenience, we offer 10-day money-back guarantee on our merchandise. You may return only new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. The items(s) must be unused and in their original packaging. The original receipt, gift receipt or packing slip is required for all returns and exchanges.

While we do refund the full amount for the item(s) ordered, original shipping fees are not refundable (this policy is not applicable to items under FREE SHIPPING category). No return or cash back for gift certificates, coupons or gift cards. The buyer is also responsible for return shipping fees.  

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of sending back your package to us, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).



If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us at: info@bestaccents.com or bestaccents@gmail.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return/exchange. A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to exchange/return items from your order. Returns cannot be accepted without such authorization. 

Or you could go to the bottom home page, in the right lower column under "My Account" click on "Returns", fill in "username" and "password" fields (you used to place an order online or just open a new account if you used checkout as a guest). You will be asked to fill in the Merchandise Return Form with your order #, reason for return, etc...After your return order is authorized, you'll get a RA number by email. Just put this RA# outside of the box when you return the shipment.
